PAPER PRESENTATION: SHARE YOUR IDEAS WITH IMPACT

Event Starts between: 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Team Size: Maximum 3 participants per team(15 minutes per presentation)

Guidelines:

• Participants can choose their own topics. It is recommended to focus on a single specific theme. For any clarifications, please contact the event coordinator.
• The abstract should not exceed 250 words, and the paper should be limited to a maximum of 12 pages.
• Bring your PowerPoint presentation on a pen drive for the event.
• Soft copies of the paper must be submitted in .docx or .pdf format. Email your paper and presentation to ithodacet@gmail.com by 28.04.2025.
• The submission email should include:
  • Title / Theme of the paper
  • Names of the authors
  • Contact numbers of all authors
  • Email IDs of all authors
• Presentations must be submitted in .pptx format.
• Each team will be allotted 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
• The paper must follow the IEEE Format.
• The paper should include: Index, List of Figures, List of Tables, Abstract, Introduction, Subject Description, Conclusion, Result, and References.
• After submission, a panel of judges will review the papers. If shortlisted, you will be notified. The judges' decision is final and binding.
